Shipping, Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Once payment has been received, it will normally take two to three days for a parcel to be delivered within South Africa. There may occasionally be slower delivery, particularly in remote areas.  Parcels CANNOT be delivered to a post box and it is very important to give clear and accurate address information and a phone number. When your parcel is given to the courier you will be notified by SMS or email of your tracking number. There must be someone to receive and sign for the parcel.  If  the parcel has been opened before delivery do not accept it unless you have checked that your order is there, and undamaged.

COST OF SHIPPING WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

For items over R1500 shipping will be free. Where the cost is less than this, there will be an added cost of R125 per parcel under 1kg.  Where more than one item is purchased, they will be shipped together and there will only be one charge. If the combined price of items purchased is over R1500 then shipping will be free.

RETURNS POLICY

We take great pride in the quality of our products but if you are not entirely happy please notify us within 48 hours.  When purchase is returned in good order, we will refund you through your initial payment account. The refund excludes shipping costs.

BEYOND SOUTH AFRICAN BORDERS

The merchant outlet currency is South African Rand. Our invoice will include the courier cost to your Country. Please check customs/import duty, permits, restrictions or other local requirements for your Country as Dragon's Lair cannot be liable for these.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CONFIRMATION

On receipt of your order, we will check that the item (s) are still in stock, reserve it (them) for you and send a numbered invoice. Please quote the invoice number when making payment.  The required details for courier delivery are listed on this invoice and this is required information.

When your payment has reflected in the bank your order will be couriered to you. If the item has been sold we will make alternate suggestions.

We do not inflate our prices to cover increased input costs, fluctuating exchange rates and so on, so we may have to adjust the website price on occasion.  Please understand.
